I imported this from Indonesia in 2008. Its been sitting in storage ever since. Time to clear out some space.

It was never registered here in the US. I have all of the import documents to register.

I am the third owner, purchased in 1985. I have the original manual still which is stamped on the cover from Vegas Vespa. The guy I bought it from was the Service Manager at Vespa SF during the 80′s. At the time it had been completely restored including the silver paint that you see now. I always kept it garaged and rode it on weekends, clocking about 1,000 miles. In the 90′s it had some issues with rough running and Schleicher Motors of Oakland installed new bearings on the crank and it’s been super smooth since then. Less that 500 miles have been clocked since that rebuild. At that time they replaced the speedometer as you could not read the original anymore and it jumped inconsistently. I have all the paperwork. Right now it turns over, but should be gone through before starting again as it has been 2 years since running. Everything works, lights, switches, horn, brake light. Tank is not rusty. You can see it also has the spare tire gas tank, all in good shape. The brake shoes and tires changed 6 years ago with very low miles. Rubber trim needs to be replaced. Paint is peeling on one side of the floorboards, but no rust. It is currently registered in California. It’s a good one, hard to find this clean and original. No lowball offers or other BS, serious buyers only please.

Great Condition GenZe 2.0s Fully Electric Scooter/Moped (like Scoot) (russian hill) $3600

I am selling my excellent condition GenZe 2.0S electric scooter / moped because I recently started a new job where it makes more sense for me to take public transportation than this scooter. I have really enjoyed owning it and it’s a reliable, quick ride anywhere within SF. If you’ve taken a Scoot before, you know exactly what you’re getting – it’s the same manufacturer and model.

Super easy to re-charge, the battery is removable and plugs into a normal wall outlet. It tops out at 30MPH. Because of this, it’s considered an electric bicycle under California law so you don’t need to have a motorcycle license – just a normal driver’s license.

Retails for $3700 + taxes and fees (~$4,500), you’re getting one that’s in top condition and with less than 500 miles for a great deal.
Please text or email if you want to check it out. Thanks for looking!

2015 Vespa Primavera 150cc Runs Great! (albany / el cerrito) $2500

June 17, 2019 in San Francisco

Selling my beautiful Vespa 150cc. I bought this baby NEW in 2015 for $6,000+ and served me well while I was going to college. So yes, 1 owner. Looking to pass it on to someone who might find it useful!

*Note, some cosmetic damage, never from it falling, but from vandalism during one instance at Bart station. The seat is also worn down from exposure to the sun. If you can live with some cosmetic quirks, it’s still a Vespa and still a tank of a little guy perfect for errands, school, and escaping traffic.

Runs great, excellent all around, considering. Never had any mechanical issues. Reliable and well maintained (oil and such).

Thanks for looking! :-)

70cc Kitted Puch Maxi Moped – $600 OBO, No Lowballers (san mateo) $600

June 17, 2019 in San Francisco

I’m selling a 1979 Green Puch Maxi kitted with a 70cc head and aftermarket rear shocks. Looking for someone with a fair amount of experience with Puch mopeds to take it off my hands so it can get some much-needed love.

I have owned this moped for only a few months. The reason that I am selling this moped is because I am purchasing a motorcycle this week and I need the space for it. My original intention was to completely refurbish it; take the body apart, give it a new paint job, upgrade the magneto system to a more reliable setup, etc. Sadly, I found that my job and my college classes leave me with very little spare time to spend. However, I have purchased a few things that will be included for it’s next owner.

Below is what you will get with this moped:
-Stock magneto cover
-Replacement tail light
-Mirrors (shown in photos)

Some other details about the bike:
-The carburetor is aftermarket; I’ve had no problems with it.
-I was able to start it close to 3 weeks ago, but the last time I pulled it out I wasn’t able to start it. This may be a problem with the condenser. I replaced the stock condenser because it was giving me problems, and I suspect that it’s now this condenser that is too weak because it can’t keep up with the extra hp.
-As I said above, the shocks are aftermarket. They look real nice and they work well.
-When this moped runs, man it runs fast. I consistently got it up to 45mph.
-The magneto system probably needs to be upgraded, and the breadboard replaced. The lights only work intermittently on this moped.

I’m asking $600 for this moped, but I need to sell this quickly. Therefore, the price is negotiable. It may be worth more, and it may be worth less. Give me an offer, or ask me about any details you’re curious about! I’ll always respond, unless you lowball me.

I have videos of myself beginning to refurbish the moped as well as riding it a few weeks ago; ask and you shall receive! If it starts then you can try it out cash in hand. Happy shopping, and thanks for looking.
