THIS IS THE PLATFORM & RAMP ALL IN ONE & IT JUST SLIDES INTO THE HITCH ON BACK OF THE CAR. This wheelchair tow hitch receiver carrier rack hauler trailer is designed to allow easy loading and transporting of your mobility wheelchair, wheel chair, scooter, moped or other item. The wheelchair carrier features an integrated ramp which fold up and out into 3 different positions.

1. The first position keeps the ramp folded flat to the carrier surface and held down with 2 quick release pins, will keep the ramp self stored and secured when not in use.

2. The secound ramp position allows the ramp to stand up straight when a mobility device is on the carrier. The ramp is held vertically in place with 2 quick release pins.

3. The last position is the ramp unfolded, This position allows for scooters or power wheelchairs to be pushed or driven up the ramp.
