Hey! I’ve got a 1980 Honda Express 2 NA50 for sale. This is an awesome little moped, and it’s super reliable and easy to use, thanks to the oil pump that mixes the oil and gas automatically. You can even fill it up straight from the pump at the station, since it doesn’t need mixing.
I cleaned the carb and I have brand new fuel lines and a fuel filter on there. I also have a new front brake cable on there. Took apart the front wheel last week, cleaned/deglazed the inside of the drum, and regreased the bearings. It need quite a bit of work cosmetically, but it runs, and runs well. The rear brake/clutch cable broke though, so the rear brake doesn’t work, but I all you need is a new cable. I’ve been riding it around without a front brake, and while I wouldn’t recommend going down hills with it as is, it stops well on straights.
It goes up hills around Aptos pretty well, I hit around 30-ish on flat straights and I weigh 300lbs, so this thing would probably go to the moon with someone lighter.
I will also include a Mallosi PHGB filter that I thought would fit, but doesn’t.
